Having a classy type of Hunter fans in my house adds attraction on my ceiling. It is not the type of electric fan to bring cool air atmosphere but gives glow in your home. No wonder, every visitor who came to our house who noticed my functional fans always asked me where I bought such wonderful equipment.
As a proud owner of this fashionable equipment, I am always eager to inform them where they can shop for these cool products.
My mother always reminds me to use the dehumidifier every time I am in my room to lessen the humidity of the air. As every one could observe and recognize, the weather seems to be unpredictable nowadays. There are times that are very hot, and there are instances that is very cold.

Seeing my old friends after ten years of no communication excites me especially when we settle to meet in the same place we used to meet up, our house. I want to show them my own design furniture which they can surely notice ones they come inside the living room.
On the day of their visit, I wasn’t surprise when they asked me how they can avail the service of the design consultant that totally transforms our old house.
My mother was surprised when we say that walk in bathtubs will soon be installed in our bathroom and in her own bedroom. I remember her complaining about her difficulties in using our bathtub since she was bound in wheelchair for more than three months now.
To make things easier for her, we decided to look for bathroom equipment designed for people who can no longer use bathrooms without assistance.
When we move in our new house, I went right away at the patio to assist the delivery men in placing the patio furniture we ordered from the furniture store.
As soon as they put the furniture in the right location, I sit down to relax for a while then afterwards went inside the house to help my mother organize the other furnishings we bring.
My father brought us at the mall to buy a much bigger television set to be place in our living room while the old TV set will be put inside my parent’s bedroom. As we enter the store, we were amazed at the huge collection of entertainment centers displayed at the show room.
We convinced my father to also buy a new furniture cabinet for our home theater and and TV set which he easily approved because he was also attracted at the different features of those cabinets.
Our faucet malfunctioned yesterday so my mother immediately requested my father to buy a replacement. I went with my father in going to the hardware store. When we got there, my father asked the salesman to give us a standard type of faucet. Instead of giving a faucet right away, he offers the different type of Grohe faucets to choose from. My father then asks me to get what type of faucet looks great for our kitchen.
After picking my choice of faucet, I suggested to also buy another set of faucet for our bathroom.
We are moving in our new purchase house this coming weekend. It was a single-detached type of house which we acquire through housing loan and payable for five years.
Since we both work in a private firm, we compromise that my husband will take charge of the monthly amortization of the house and the monthly electric and water bills while I will be in-charge of our daily expenses. Aside from our jobs, I am also connected to real state. Actually, the down payment of this house came from my commission as agent. I want to put new furniture and appliances in our house that is why, I am selling my used furniture with our neighbors in addition to our budget in buying new furnishings. I also want to place a landscape garden at the backyard for my place of relaxation. I am so glad that we were able to own a house in just a short time of our marriage.
I am positive that after two years we will be having our first baby to complete our own family. For the meantime, we will enjoy living together and while waiting for our kid to come, devote our attention to invest for a better future of our family.
During rainy season, I am worried about the roof of our house. I don’t know what part of the house will pass again the rain water.
My roof has too many holes cause by wrong direction of nails into the wood when it was fixed. The hole now is coming bigger than before because of rust. I already put a sealant but the water is still passing in the other part of the house. I know that it is my fault because I use the cheapest and low quality of roof. I remember what my father said before to use the high quality of roof on my house because it will last for a long time unlike the the one installed in our house that due to poor quality, being exposed to harmful weather makes damage early. Now that it is happening, I regret why I disobey my father that time. So, I tell myself that if only I have enough money, I will change it to a rust free and high quality of roof.
But for the meantime, I have to look for a possible solution on how to prevent that rain water drop inside my house so that my family will not be troubled when the rain comes.
